Terms & Conditions for The CFT Entrepreneurs Club

Welcome to The Entrepreneurs Club! By joining and participating in this club, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.  

1. Membership Fees

1.1 Members are required to pay a non-refundable fee of R500 every trimester (every 4 months).  

1.2 The membership fee is used to fund the referral payment system and other club operations.  

2. Referral System

2.1 Members can build a 3-tier referral structure and earn income from 1st sign-ups and renewals of their referrals.  

2.2 Referral payments are distributed as follows:  

   - Tier 1 Direct referrals  - R200

   - Tier 2: Referrals of your direct referrals  -R100

   - Tier 3: Referrals of Tier 2 members  - R80

2.3 Membership Payment Policy

Membership payments are non-refundable. Once made, payments are immediately distributed among members, making refunds unfeasible.

3. E-Commerce Platform

3.1 Active (paid-up) members are invited to list, up to five products, on the club’s e-commerce platform, free of charge. 

3.2 Members agree to give the club a percentage of their sales on the platform.  

3.3 The percentage from sales is shared up to 3 tiers of active members, as per the referral structure.  

4. Earnings & Withdrawals

4.1 Members can withdraw their earnings every Monday, provided they meet the following conditions:  

   - A minimum of R400 in their wallet.  

   - At least 50 points earned by referring 5 other entrepreneurs (10 points per referral).  

4.2 Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-2 business days

5. Rewards & Incentives

5.1 Members are eligible for **travel awards, cash bonuses, and cars** based on their performance and participation in the club.  

5.2 Rewards are subject to club rules and availability.  

6. General Terms

6.1 The club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.  

6.2 Membership is non-transferable and can be terminated by the club for violations of these terms.  

6.3 The club is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred by members as a result of their participation.  

7. Acceptance

By joining The Entrepreneurs Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
